I haven't used my Macintosh in ages. It became too difficult to prepare materials in Hebrew that had to be converted so that the people for whom they were prepared were able to read them. I've adjusted to the PC world, but I still miss using the Mac, and especially Nisus, my multi-lingual word processor of choice.

At some point along the line Nisus decided that a software lock was necessary to limit illegitimate distribution of the program. The lock fit in between the mouse and the keyboard and permitted the program to work. If I remember correctly, the use of the lock was discontinued well before I stopped using the Mac, such that it was sitting on the shelf even from before then. But that hardly seems to be a good enough reason not to keep it.
