After thirty years in Israel I have very few items that run on 120V electricity. There are still a few items here and there, but I rarely use them. Still, if they're going to work I'm going to have to be able to plug them in, and an adapter is going to be necessary. So why not save a multi-plug adapter?

Actually, I'm not sure that this particular adapter would be useful. After all, it takes American plugs and funnels them into one American plug, and what I usually need is something that takes American plugs and converts them to European plugs. So it's a fair guess that this handy item isn't really going to be that handy.
