Okay, the page is in Hebrew. That's because it was submitted to a class conducted in Hebrew. It reads:

The phrase was, of course, an ongoing in joke in the class. With very limited html skills I simply prepared the text as graphics and stuck them on the page. They're not even transparent. No big loss.
